MY Synergy at 12th National Pharma Forum 2025
Sofia, June 12, 2025. During the 12th National Pharma Forum, organized by Manager magazine, the technology company MY Synergy, specializing in the digital transformation of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, presented an innovative technological solution: a web-based platform for managing urgent delivery for medicines, developed for a large international biopharmaceutical company.
The digital platform connects the marketing authorization holder, distributors, and pharmacies in a single system, solving a real and systemic problem in access to medicines in Bulgaria - not the lack of quantities, but their inefficient distribution, which sometimes leads to shortages.
The platform provides real-time information, enabling medicines to reach patients in need exactly when and where they are needed, thanks to increased efficiency, coordination, and transparency within the system.
"The solution is of key importance both for patients who need timely therapy and for pharmacies that face the challenges associated with the shortage of certain medications daily," says Yordan Iliev, founder and CEO of MY Synergy. "In addition to providing pharmaceutical companies with better visibility into real demand and the ability to respond promptly, the platform has the potential to optimize the entire supply process and prevent future shortages."
Created to solve problems with the supply of critical medicines, its scope can be easily expanded according to the company's needs. Developed and implemented by MY Synergy at a leading international biopharmaceutical company, it has already proven its effectiveness, with over 64,000 requests successfully fulfilled through it, and more than 2,000 pharmacies actively using it.
The technological solution implemented by MY Synergy does not require legislative changes; it is based on voluntary contractual relations and established business practices. The growing number of participants in the system and their active involvement are a clear indicator of the platform's effectiveness and its real contribution to addressing the needs of medicines in healthcare.
